Is there an upcharge when you buy service from Caliber?

Pricing from the Caliber and direct side are the same. We have access to the same discounts and the same promotions. In fact, buying through us leads to better pricing outcomes.  

Why would you get better pricing?

We develop relationships with our partners and have an excellent understanding of the market. Our partners know that they are competing with other well-qualified companies and they understand they have to put their best pricing forward if they want to have a chance at earning our client's business.  

How do you get paid?

Our model is very similar to the insurance industry, with our company being paid a small residual each month by the service provider based on your continued relationship with that service provider. This means we're very focused on connecting you with the right solutions and companies that provide excellent support.  

Is your support the same as the direct teams?

We have access to the same support levels from those companies, but we also do a lot of business with our partners. That means we have access to various escalation paths and executives that help resolve problems quickly.

Do direct teams know more about their products?

In more complicated scenarios, we will pull in our partners to discuss solutions directly with you. These will be very experienced reps as well as engineers to help us make sure we're designing each solution properly. We have a fantastic team of engineers who are some of the best in the industry — there isn't a direct rep with access to a more qualified team.
